VEGAN & VEGETARIAN

I've come to see myself as a flexitarian lately and eat about 70% vegan/vegetarian. Lots of great flavors and options out there! Here are some of my most fav recipes. My goal is to find recipes that are well balanced in the three macronutrients: carbs, fat, & protein. If a recipe doesn't fulfill that criteria I modify as needed.
